HOW TO CHOOSE A GOOD TRAVEL AGENCY IN THAILAND ?
The topic often comes back to questions and forums.
The problem must first be identified from different angles.
Do I have to have an agency?
Many will say no because they are accustomed to travel, speak English and know how to cope pretty much everywhere.
For those there, of course no need...
There are others, people who travel little, those who are elderly,
those who have children, those who do not speak English, those who are
afraid, those who want to be taken care of etc...
For Case 2 of course you have to...
The problem is: which agency? (I'm not saying that compared to ours even if we are committed to doing the best...)
Yes this is the problem because there is everything, good and bad by going through the downright wrong and execrable...
The bad ones (which are nevertheless a minority) as always rot the market and give a picture négatice and suspicious.
Some advice to recognize a good agency of a dubious agency:
1) Verify that on the agency's website there is no licence.et the copy of the license (you will still be able to check with T.A. T (Tourism Authority of Thailand) that the license is real.
The license is issued by the government after investigation and is at least a beginning of warranty.
2) Check if there is a copy of the official guide card.
The guide card is issued only after a true university course and the controls are very strict which is also a guarantee.
3) Look at all social networks if the agency is present, what it publishes, what it has said about it, the regularity of its articles and their relevance.
4) Look if it has a Skype ID, WeChat or other and that this one is real and works well.
5) Finally look on social networks and forums if you say evil of the agency, it is often a very good indicator...
6) Check on the site if the general conditions of sale are clearly defined, it is also very important.
If all this information is not clearly visible then be careful!!!
The false agencies, the agencies that promise but do not hold exist unfortunately and, even if they are a minority, rot the image and it is a pity...
We are easily mobilized against crooks but we talk much less about honest people, it is a pity but it is so...
Hoping to have helped you...
