HOW TO GET FROM ONE AIRPORT TO ANOTHER IN BANGKOK ?

Many tourists are facing this problem because actually in Bangkok there are 2 airports.
The first one is Suvarnabhumi and is the one by which you will necessarily arrive because it serves the majority of international flights and in any case those coming from Europe.

The second is mainly dedicated to domestic flights, this is Don Muang airport.

Between the two there are 50 km and it is necessary to count one hour of journey (by modulating according to traffic jams or the rainy season if you fall in a thunderstorm...)

As a result, many of you will have to go from one airport to the other, whether it's going back and forth.
Also, it is often much more interesting to take an internal flight from the airport of Don Muang than from Suvarnabhumi, the first being mainly served by the low cost companies.

To get from Suvarnabhumi to Don Muang:
You have different solutions (we will retain two which are the main ones):

1) The shuttle bus, just follow the indications to "airport shuttle bus"
The shuttle's on the second floor, Gate 3.

The trip is free...
2) The Taxi
This is obviously more expensive (count 15 euros which is very cheap compared to Europe).
The journey will take you a little less time and especially you will leave immediately unlike the shuttle buses which are often full and in this case you have to arm yourself with patience to catch one...
To take the taxi you have to go down to the lowest floor and follow the indications to "taxis".
The system is very easy and very efficient, you take a ticket to an automatic terminal to get the number of the place where the taxi is.

To get from Don Muang to Suvarnabhumi:
Here again the same two solutions.

1) The shuttle bus, just follow the indications to "airport shuttle bus".
The shuttle is located outside the terminal on the first floor.

2) The taxi must go down to the ground floor and follow the indications to "taxis".
There too you will take a ticket which this time will give you a number and you will have to go to the waiting room and look at  the light panel will tell you.
There are several wickets but it is very simple.
If for example you have the number 39, the panel will indicate 39-4 which means that you will go to counter 4 and there you'll be taken care of by the driver.
The wait is usually a little longer than at Suvarnabhumi airport but still reasonable, in the range of 20mn maximum.

Good trip...
